<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>(កំពង់ស្ពឺ)៖</strong> សមយុទ្ធ «នាគមាសឆ្នាំ២០១៦» ដែលជាសមយុទ្ធមនុស្សធម៌ រវាងកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទកម្ពុជា ជាមួយកងទ័ព ប្រជាជនចិននោះ មានលំហាត់សំខាន់ៗចំនួន៦ ដែលភាគីទាំងពីរត្រូវហាត់សមរួមគ្នានៅខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ ពីមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានឱ្យដឹងនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៦នេះថា លំហាត់ចំនួន៦នោះរួមមាន ទី១៖សកម្មភាពលំហាត់ធ្វើផ្លូវ ទី២៖លំហាត់រាវមីន និងកម្ទេចគ្រឿងផ្ទុះ ទី៣៖លំហាត់ធ្វើស្ពាន (ស្ពានថ្មើរជើង និងស្ពានអេឡិចត្រូនិច) ទី៤៖លំហាត់ជួយសង្គ្រោះលើទឹក ទី៥៖សាងសង់ទីជម្រកនិងការផលិតទឹកសុទ្ធ និងទី៦៖ សកម្មភាពលំហាត់ទប់ទឹកជំនន់។</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ការធ្វើសមយុទ្ធយោធារវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន ដែលមានឈ្មោះថា «លំហាត់នាគមាសឆ្នាំ២០១៦» បានចាប់ផ្តើមនៅខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៦។</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ប៉ុល សារឿន អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទ បានថ្លែងថា លំហាត់នេះជាការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ និងកសាងសមត្ថភាពកងទ័ពឲ្យទទួលបានជំនាញថ្មីបន្ថែមទៀត លើកិច្ចការ មនុស្សធម៌ ការសង្គ្រោះជីវិតក្នុងពេលជួបគ្រោះមហន្តរាយនានា ជាពិសេសការផ្សារភ្ជាប់យ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅទៅនឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រិតចំណងមេត្រីភាព រវាងកងទ័ពប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ លោកជឿជាក់ថា ការធ្វើលំហាត់ហ្វឹកហ្វឺនជាលើកដំបូង ជាមួយកងទ័ពប្រជាជនចិននាពេលនេះ នឹងឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវ ក្នុងកិច្ចសហការទាំងថ្នាក់ជាតិ អន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់ និងកាត់បន្ថយបញ្ហាប្រឈមទាំងឡាយ ដែលមានផល ប៉ះពាល់យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដល់មនុស្សជាតិ៕</span></p>
