យកមកលាប នៅលើស្បែកមុខ ត្រង់កន្លែងកើតមុន  ទុករយៈពេល ២០នាទី រួចលាងសំអាត
ទឹកចេញ ជាការស្រេច។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ ម្សៅសូដា  អាចរកទិញ បាននៅតាមបណ្តាទីផ្សារ
ទំនើប។

២/ ប្រើស៊ុតមាន់ (ផ្នែកស)៖ យកស៊ុតមាន់ផ្នែកស លាយជាមួយទឹកឃ្មុំធម្មជាតិ មួយស្លាប
ព្រាកាហ្វេ កូរចូលគ្នាឱ្យសព្វ បន្ទាប់មក  លាបនៅលើស្បែកមុខ  រងចាំរហូតដល់វា  ស្ងួត រួច
លាងសំអាតមុខចេញ៕

-វិធីកំពូល ២យ៉ាង ជួយបណ្តុះសក់ ឱ្យដុះលូតលាស់វែង ក្រាស់ បំបាត់អង្គែ
